I had a session with David, and I am new with energy healing. It was unexpectedly powerful, deeply transformative and very safe and professional. I have an understanding of energies and how they work, but I’ve never tried anything like this.

To give a bit of background, I’m a newly graduated yoga teacher, and I’ve done some intense periods of meditation so my energetic field was quite open. Previous to the session, I was practicing yoga frequently for a few months, meditation and other modalities such as sound healing etc.
​
My initial thought was to work on a Kundalini awakening with David. The session lasted for about 1:30hrs, and instead of Kundalini, he subtly found what my body had been calling for. That was a “release” on the armour around my heart. I’ve been somebody that has had very tough skin growing up, and I always suppressed everything in my life. I didn’t know this, but there was a sheath around my heart which was holding me back from experiencing. I didn’t think it was possible, but David was able to clear this blockage. He moved energy near my stomach and propelled it through my body until it finally shifted through my throat and was expelled from my body. After the session I felt a sense of relief, and lightness which I’ve carried with me. 5* recommendation for an energy/somatic healer!
